Document Management System
Upload, tag, and retrieve legal documents directly within DigiLog. Every document is automatically linked to the relevant client entry, creating a complete paper trail without the paper. Auto Reminders and Notifications
DigiLog tracks agreement expiration dates and sends automatic email and dashboard notifications before a deadline passes. Custom reminder scheduling lets you set alerts at 30, 14, and 7 days before renewal โ so neither you nor your client is caught off-guard. Renewal prompts are generated automatically for long-term cases, reducing the administrative overhead of managing a high-volume notary practice. Secure Digital Signatures
DigiLog's e-signature system allows notaries to capture legally valid digital signatures from clients and parties directly within the platform. Signatures are timestamped, hash-verified, and bound to the specific document version at the time of signing โ making them tamper-evident and suitable for legal scrutiny. The signing process works on any device including mobile phones, enabling remote signing without requiring physical presence. Every signature event is recorded in the audit trail with the signer's identity, timestamp, and IP address.

End-to-End Data Security
DigiLog uses AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit โ the same standards used by Indian banking infrastructure. Multi-factor authentication prevents unauthorized account access, while role-based access controls ensure team members can only view the records relevant to their function. All data is stored on servers within India, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). Both monthly and yearly billing cycles are supported, with automatic GST-compliant invoices generated for every payment. Notaries can manage their subscription, view payment history, and download invoices directly from the DigiLog dashboard. Coupon codes and early-access discounts are applied at checkout. All payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay โ DigiLog never stores card or bank details.

Notaries can add DigiLog to their phone's home screen for one-tap access. All data synchronizes instantly across devices, so records added on desktop are immediately visible on mobile. The PWA architecture means DigiLog works in low-bandwidth conditions common in tier-2 Indian cities, and selected features are available offline with automatic sync when connectivity is restored.
